We see how much of a survivalist he was before the world went to crap, and it’s the main reason how he stayed alive for so long on his own. We do get to play alongside him as we search for a car battery to get across the United States in, but we aren’t given much about who Bill is as a person – just that he’s a grouchy older man who doesn’t play well with others.īut, in “Long, Long Time,” we are given so much backstory on Bill, which makes me honestly have a lot more respect for him than I ever did in the games.
